Wellness Wednesday - Mindful Meditation

Join us every Wednesday at 12:45 p.m. for a 15-minute, counselor-led mindful meditation session via Zoom. Each week will cover a different mindfulness activity with the hope that you leave the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The meditation is open to all faculty, staff and students.
