Pfizer/Moderna Booster Walk-in Clinic at the SXU Health Center

The SXU Health Center will be open for a special walk-in clinic on Saturday, December 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We will be offering a pediatric Pfizer dose (ages 5-11), adult/teen Pfizer dose (ages 12+) and Moderna dose (ages 18+) to anyone who needs first, second or booster doses. No appointment needed! We are located at 3925 W. 103rd Street.

Boosters are recommended for anyone 18+ who is at least six months past their second Pfizer/Moderna vaccine or two months past their Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
