Red Day is a day in February when many people wear red to show their support for the awareness of heart disease. We encourage students to wear red in awareness of heart disease and heart health. In honor of Red Day, SAB is hosting an informational event on heart disease and important heart facts in the SXU Diner. Free items and a jump rope contest will be at this event. Let's encourage healthy habits and heart disease awareness!
