Biography
Elena Carrillo is the director of academic planning at Saint Xavier University. For the past 12 years, Carrillo has been a part of the SXU community as an academic advisor and assistant director of Records and Registration. She received a Bachelor of Science in technology management from the University of St. Francis before graduating from SXU in May 2015 with her Master of Business Administration in management. Carrillo has coached volleyball for 21 years, working primarily with youth from the East Side and Hegewisch neighborhoods of Chicago. Carrillo enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies and attending Chicago White Sox and Bears games.
