Biography

Jeanine Reilly '90, '08 is a Saint Xavier BSN and MSN alumna. She began her nursing career as a pediatric nurse specializing in cardiology and pulmonology. She joined the SXU family in 2018 as a full-time assistant professor eager to give back and play a part in shaping our future nurses. Reilly has had the pleasure of teaching in both classroom and onsite clinicals for fundamental and pediatric students. She has also been involved in the development of a concept-based nursing curriculum since 2019. In 2020, Reilly received the first Gerald F. Loftus, M.D., and Mary Clare Loftus, RN, M.Ed., Endowed Professorship, which allowed her to further pursue her passion for curriculum evaluation and revision.
