In addition to the wages you receive, working while in graduate school may also open up other work-related sources of financial assistance.
If you work full-time and attend graduate school part time, tuition waivers or tuition reimbursement may be available through your employer. If you are eligible for tuition assistance from your employer, review employer reimbursement payment plan details and required forms from the Office of the Bursar.
If you participate in an employer-sponsored retirement plan, such as a 401(k), you may be able to borrow from your account to help pay for graduate school. Check with your plan administrator for details.
