Op-Ed Alert: SXU's Jason Lambert pens column for Daily Southtown

Saint Xavier University's (SXU) Assistant Professor of Management Jason Lambert penned a column for the Thursday, December 24 issue of the Daily Southtown. In the column, Prof. Lambert discusses the pros and cons of being a gay-friendly employer. Specifically, he addressed that amid the increase in hate crimes related to sexual orientation, more than 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies have corporate policies that protect sexual minorities from discrimination in the workplace.
