Op-Ed Alert: SXU's Jason Lambert pens column on police departments changing from within

Saint Xavier University's (SXU) Assistant Professor of Management Jason Lambert penned a column for the Wednesday, July 20 issue of the Daily Southtown. In the column, Prof. Lambert discusses the recent murders conducted by police officers. Specifically, he addressed how citizens cry out for change to prevent more killings; however, the change more often than not needs to stem from within an organization, in this case, police departments. Prof. Lambert offers three steps in order to have organizational change within the various police departments across the nation.
