As more citizens seek to higher education, colleges and universities across the country are reporting increases in the number of undergraduate applicants. Saint Xavier University (SXU) was recently featured on MSN Money's "100 Colleges on the Rise" list, which highlights various four-year schools across the country whose applications have more than doubled in the last decade.
