NACE's First-Destination Survey
NACE's First-Destination Survey captures information regarding how new college graduates at all degree levels fare in their careers within six months of graduation. The annual initiative provides clear, concise, and consistent data on the outcomes associated with a college education on a national scale.
Highlights for the 2018 Class:
- Full-Time Employment Rate for bachelor's degree graduates: 58.7%
- Full-Time Employment Rate for master's degree graduates: 69.5%
- Average starting salary: $52,451

An education at Saint Xavier University provides the academic foundation that prepares our graduates to meet the challenges of 21st century careers.
Approximately 86 percent of Saint Xavier University students who graduated with bachelor's degrees during the 2011-2012 academic year are employed full-time or are enrolled in graduate school. Of the students who completed an internship, 69 percent indicated that the experience led to a career opportunity.
