The Biggest Loser Fitness Challenge

The Shannon Center Biggest Loser Challenge is a 8-week fitness challenge designed to help participants:
- Lose weight
- Make healthy lifestyle changes
- Have fun and get fit
- Maintain weight loss

To sign up for the Biggest Loser, please go to the Shannon Center Front Desk.
Weigh-ins will take place in the Shannon Center during the following times
Monday, January 27th - Friday, January 31st
- 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
- 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- 4:30 p.m. - 6-30 p.m.
If you are unable to come during these times, please contact Kristy to schedule a time to come and weigh-in.
