Six-Week 5K and 10K Training Program

Training Program Details:

There are five running coaches for the 5K and two running coaches for the 10K. Running groups are based on mile pace.

Runners meet weekly, Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the Shannon Center lobby.

Participants can register in the Shannon Center lobby before the class begins.
