Congressman Daniel Lipinski announced on September 6 that Saint Xavier University has been awarded with a $1.46 million grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to support underserved students pursuing a career in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields.

Graham Peck, history professor at SXU, was recently featured in the Beverly Patch for winning the 2018 Russell P. Strange Memorial Book of the Year Award from the Illinois State Historical Society.
