Saint Xavier University supports its students, faculty and staff by providing an effective and efficient information technology environment. We are committed to continuously improving the quality of the University's technical services to enhance learning and teaching. The IT team maintains, upgrades and expands infrastructure as an ongoing process to serve technology needs. We offer a variety of technology labs, wireless access, email and telephone services, printing and copier services, and assistance and training.
The Hub
The Hub is the first point of contact for technology assistance. Support is available during business hours, and trained staff can help with your campus computer, printer, network connections and access questions. For online tech support, please visit Hub Chat. In-person and remote support is available during regular business hours, but The Hub offers a knowledge base with tons of information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year!

mySXU Portal
The mySXU portal (my.sxu.edu) is the window into all things SXU. Registration, student planning, grades, class rosters, schedules, and links to other important applications can be found on the portal.
To access mySXU, you are given a "netID" and initial password. Your netID is your network identification/username to access all systems at SXU. You will log in to all systems using the same username/netID. If you do not recall what netID you've been assigned, you can retrieve it below.

SXU netID (Username) Format for Students
The first initial + last initial + last three digits of student ID number + two additional digits to insure uniqueness (i.e., ab49312)
SXU Email Address Format for Students
The last name + a dot + first initial + at least two digits to insure uniqueness + @mymail.sxu.edu (i.e., smith.j49@mymail.sxu.edu)
