About the Program
Because we offer a broad range of majors and minors, you will have the flexibility and faculty support to design a course of study that will help you achieve your educational and professional goals. For some students this may mean a double major in English and Communication, for others a minor in Writing with a major in Biochemistry. The faculty in the Language and Literature Department is committed to exploring the inextricable links between language, literature, and rhetoric in the contexts most relevant to our students.
