a bachelor's degree, or a U.S. bachelor's degree, wishing to apply to a graduate degree
program at Saint Xavier University.
Candidates must satisfy the checklist requirements for international graduate student
applicants described below. The numbers listed next to the checklist requirements
do not mandate a sequential order for applicants to submit these requirements, but
rather serve as reference as you continue through the application process. However, we do require candidates to first submit checklist item one, the application,
before submitting any other documents. After receiving your application, please do not submit any checklist items. Instead,
please allow for the Office of Graduate Admission to contact you with instructions
for submitting the supporting checklist requirements relevant to you.
- Application: Create a Graduate Student account and submit the online Graduate Student Application. There is no application fee. Please answer all questions on the application accurately and completely, particularly those about your citizenship and academic history. If you are unsure which program or start term to select from the drop-down menu options given on the application, please contact us at graduateadmissionFREESXU before applying. Do not upload or attach any supplemental documents to your application. Within 24 hours of applying, you will receive an automated submission confirmation email (check your spam). Within approximately one week from applying, we will contact you to provide instructions for submitting the relevant checklist requirements and to answer any questions you may have.
- U.S. Transcripts: If applicable, we will need official transcripts from any/all U.S. colleges/universities attended. Please do not submit transcripts from any non-U.S. colleges/attended.
- Non-U.S. Transcript Evaluation: If applicable, we will need an official, course-by-course evaluation of any/all non-U.S. colleges/universities attended.
