Biography
Dustin French, Ed.D., teaches college writing, analytical writing, qualitative research methods, and second language writing as an adjunct faculty member. His research centers on the college experiences of racialized minority students, including undocumented and bilingual student populations. He also has scholarly interests in linguistics, grammar/L2 writing instruction, language power and policy, and educational law related to immigrant students.
Apart from his campus life, French enjoys watching lots of movies, cooking Thai cuisine, and raising his two kids. He and his wife make the effort to travel as much as they can so their kids can experience life outside their community and neighborhood.
