Jacqueline Naranjo earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Governors State University in 2019. Naranjo continued her education at Calumet College of St. Joseph, earning her master's degree in education in 2021.
Prior to joining SXU, Naranjo taught secondary English language arts in Indiana. Although Naranjo enjoyed teaching, she wanted to find a way in which she could provide more support to students. She finds that she gets her energy from interactions with students, as it’s important to her that students feel supported, heard, and know that they always have someone in their corners.
In her free time, Naranjo enjoys traveling, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, trying new restaurants, and watching Netflix.
