Biography
Tayah Brent, Licensed Clinical Professional (LPC), understands the multifaceted emotional landscape of university life. With three years of experience and master’s degrees in clinical mental health counseling and forensic mental health from Adler University, she specializes in helping emerging adults navigate academic stress, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
Her approach is collaborative and student-centered, blending evidence-based therapeutic techniques with genuine empathy and compassion. Whether students are struggling with anxiety, depression, transitions, or needing someone to talk to, Brent creates a judgment-free space where students feel heard and empowered.
