Biography
Alex King earned his B.A. in Accounting, Business, Computer Science and Mathematics at Augustana College, his MBA in Finance, Economics, and Econometrics & Statistics from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Dr. King has worked in external audit (Deloitte), internal audit (a private company) and as a consultant for financial and forensic accounting issues, including fraud investigations (RSM McGladrey). He currently serves as program director of Accounting. His hobbies include strength training, triathlon and spending time with his family.
