Biography

Kristin Tomasino's experience includes adult and pediatric primary care, community health, allergy and asthma. Prior to joining the SXU Health Center team, she worked for seven years in a pediatric inpatient unit at a busy Chicago hospital. Tomasino uses her clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills to develop a comprehensive plan of care for her patients. Tomasino is certified to complete Department of Transportation physicals, CPR/first aid, and lead the Courage to Quit® Tobacco Cessation program. Tomasino completed both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing -- Family Nurse Practitioner from Loyola University, Chicago.
