Biography
Susan Burns works personally with patients to assist them with coverage for their health care services. She oversees accounts payable and receivable, insurance claims submissions and balance billing. Burns works closely with our patients to assist them with their claims and payments. Burns holds a BSBA degree in Finance from Xavier University and has over 20 years of accounting, benefits and finance experience. She is the contact person for all billing inquiries and her office is located at the Health Center.
