Biography

Paige Bajenski is new to education but not new to SXU’s School of Nursing. Bajenski graduated with both her BSN and MSN from SXU. She comes to the School of Nursing with 10 years of nursing experience. She has worked in areas such as Telemetry, Med-Surg, and Intensive Care. During her nursing career, she has held many position titles: Nurse Preceptor, Magnet Champion, DIVA Educator, Charge Nurse, Rapid Response Team, Special Pathogen Response Team, DAISY Champion, Flu Captain, and a member of the Nursing Quality & Patient Safety Committee. Although Bajenski will miss the craziness of bedside nursing, she has always had a passion for education and is excited to educate in a place that has taught her to be the nurse she is today.
