Deb Rapacz has been with Saint Xavier since 2010, serving in multiple roles as a faculty member and administrator.
Rapacz currently directs University Relations as the associate vice president for marketing and strategic communications. In this role, she is responsible for leading and managing the University's marketing, public relations, social media, website and digital marketing activities to advance the University's mission, core values and strategic direction and recruit students for all the University's programs. Rapacz coordinates and supervises staff to develop a top-flight external relations and internal communications program and leads them in developing successful marketing and public relations efforts that enhance the image and visibility of the University.
Prior to joining Saint Xavier, Rapacz was an executive at large advertising agencies and integrated marketing consulting firms, service large, multi-national clients around the world.
