Earlier this spring, Saint Xavier University's (SXU) School of Education (SOE) hosted a book signing event, where author Alby Lee Lewis shared his story of living and dealing with dyslexia.

In 2016, SXU was among 20 schools given grants by the CVS Health Foundation, with the mission of promoting healthier habits.

The Cure It Foundation's 6th Annual Fire Up A Cure event brings together nearly 20 teams of firefighters from across Illinois competing in a series of challenges such as a fire truck pull, inflatable jousting, tug-of-war, dodgeball tournament, and more; all to raise awareness and funds for pediatric cancer clinical research trials.
