Achieving Career Excellence (ACE)
What is ACE?
ACE, or the Achieving Career Excellence program, is specifically designed for undergraduate students in the Graham School of Management to help them develop the skills that will let them successfully navigate a career path and manage subsequent career decisions. Students are required to participate in a series of seminars, experiences, campus art/music shows and events over four years that help them effectively meet their personal and career goals.
This mandatory career development and experiential learning plan in the business degree tract will help them in selecting courses and focus their interests, and it will provide them with volunteer and for-pay work opportunities.
Why is ACE so great?
- It helps students successfully enter the work force and society at large.
- They appreciate the value and necessity of giving back to the community as a result of having engaged in service activities.
- They understand how professional organizations enhance career potential.
- They understand how the arts contribute to all aspects of life.
