Paid Time Off
Tuition WaiverSaint Xavier University currently offers eligible faculty and staff members a tuition waiver benefit program for up to two courses or six credit hours per regular semester, after completion of a 90-day probationary period. Spouses and children, who are considered to be dependent, based on the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), are eligible on the first day of the term following the employee's one year anniversary. Tuition Exchange ProgramThe University currently offers children of Saint Xavier University employee's, who are considered to be dependent under FAFSA, three tuition exchange programs with other private colleges and universities. The three tuition exchange programs in which the University participates are:
- Financial or legal
- Child/Elder care
- Work-life balance
- Depression and stress
- Alcohol and drug abuse
