Special Group Visits
Due to COVID-19, special group visits are canceled until further notice. Please check back for details.
Saint Xavier University welcomes high schools, community colleges and other special community groups to visit our campus! During the campus visit, your students will meet with one of our experienced admission counselors who will talk to them about the steps to prepare for college as well as what we have to offer here at SXU. The admission presentation is followed by a tour of our beautiful 74-acre campus led by one of our student ambassadors. The visit will last approximately two hours and will have a start time of 10 a.m.
At this time, SXU does not provide lunch for visiting groups. However, groups are welcome to bring bagged lunches and dine in our campus cafeteria. If you would like to purchase lunch from our diner using a school check or credit card, arrangements may be made with Country House Dining Services. If you are interested in bringing a group to campus, please fill out the form below. Group visits must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. Please Note: Special group visits are not available during the weekends, Spring Break (3/9/2020-3/15/2020),
the Easter Holiday (4/9/2020-4/12/2020), or the summer months (May-August). Also, due to the high volume of requests and limited availability at this time, we
will only be able to book groups consisting of high school aged students and older.
