Special Group Visits
Saint Xavier University welcomes high schools, community colleges, and other special community groups to visit our campus! During your campus visit, your students will meet with one of our experienced admission counselors who will discuss how students can prepare for college, as well as what programs, opportunities and campus life looks like at SXU. The admission presentation is followed by an interactive student panel Q&A, and a tour of our beautiful 74-acre campus led by one of our student ambassadors. The visit will last approximately two hours and will have a start time of 10 a.m.
Registration
If you are interested in bringing a group to campus, please fill out the form below. Group visits must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance of the desired date. You will be contacted directly by the Office of Admission once your request has been reviewed and confirmed. For questions, contact the Office of Admission at 773-298-3050 or admissionFREESXU.
Please Note: Special group visits are not available during the weekends, the University Winter Closure (12/23/2024 - 12/27/2024), Spring Break (3/10/2025 - 3/16/2025), the Easter Holiday (4/17/2025 - 4/20/2025), or summer months (May - August). Also, due to the high volume of requests and limited availability at this time, we will only be able to book groups consisting of 45 or fewer high school aged students and older.
Our request form for the fall 2024 semester is closed, as we have reached special group visit capacity. However, the form for spring 2025 special group visits will open in January. We'd love to see your group on campus next semester!
