Special Group Visits
Saint Xavier University welcomes high schools, community colleges, and other special community groups to visit our campus! During your campus visit, your students will meet with one of our experienced Admission Counselors who will discuss how students can prepare for college, as well as what programs, opportunities and campus life looks like at SXU. The admission presentation is followed by an interactive student panel Q&A, and a tour of our beautiful 74-acre campus led by one of our student ambassadors. The visit will last approximately two hours.
Registration
The Special Group Visit request form for spring 2026 has closed as we have reached
capacity. The registration form for fall 2026 will become available at the end of summer.
However, we'd love to see you and/or your students on campus! We encourage interested
individual students to join us during a Daily Campus Visit, one of our special events, or a virtual visit opportunity. If you have further questions, please contact us using the information above. Thank
you for your interest and we hope to see you and your students on campus soon!
Please Note: Special Group Visits are not available during the weekends, Spring Break (3/9-3/15/2026),
the Easter Holiday (4/3-4/5/2026), or summer months (May-August). Also, due to the
high volume of requests and limited availability at this time, we will only be able
to book groups consisting of 45 or fewer high school aged students and older.
