Mercy Ministry Center

The Mercy Ministry Center encompasses the Office of the President, the Office for Mission and Heritage, Campus Ministry, and McDonough Chapel of the Mother of Mercy.

McDonough Chapel of the Mother of Mercy is open for private prayer Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. As a Catholic university founded and sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy, Saint Xavier University honors Jesus Christ whom it recognizes as Via, Veritas, Vita -- the Way, the Truth and the Life (Jn. 14:6), the motto of the University inscribed on its coat of arms. In keeping with our Catholic faith, we welcome all people of any faith or no faith, affirming the goodness and value of all creation and positing a view of all human persons as created in the image of God.
