History Minor

A history minor allows students to develop their communication and critical-thinking skills while gaining perspective on the world around them. Through critical reflection of the accomplishments and limitations of today's world, students will gain an understanding of how society has evolved.

Minor Requirements

The History minor program requires students to complete 18 credit hours in history, including world history and four additional history courses. Students should consult with a department faculty member when considering a minor.
