Many transfer students choose to attend Saint Xavier University each year and we're excited you're here to join. As a transfer-friendly University, we value the time and energy you've invested in your education, offering generous transfer credit policies and scholarships.

Both undergraduate and graduate programs are available for you start in summer, fall or spring. Please use the Office of Admission and your transfer admission counselor as resources to help guide you through the application process. It's our goal to make this process as easy as possible for you.

Transfer to SXU

Transfer to SXU

We're here to help guide you through the Transfer Student Application process. There's no need to stress. All we ask is that you log in, or create an account if you're new, to start the process.

We also understand how important it is for you to know which course credits will transfer over to SXU. Our Transfer Guides and Agreements will show you which community college courses can transfer. These lists show if a specific course meets a general education requirement and if it's equated to a specific course at SXU. In addition, your transfer admission counselor is also available to provide information.

The sections below provide you with additional transfer information, such as scholarship details, as well as links to virtual visits to our wonderful campus and videos about the SXU experience.

Further Explore Transferring to SXU

At this time, our on-campus tours and appointments have been postponed for prospective students and their families until further notice. However, we're remotely available to connect with you by phone and email. Please be sure to check this page for frequent updates as well as our Admission Response to COVID-19 page for additional details.

SXU also offers eXpress Admission for transfer students to get an admission decision and both scholarship and transfer credit information quickly. Due to campus closure, we currently do not offer on-campus eXpress Admission. Instead, simply apply online and a transfer admission counselor will then reach out to you to fast track the process.
