First-Destination at SXU

An education at Saint Xavier University provides the academic foundation that prepares our graduates to meet the challenges of 21st century careers. Undergraduate outcomes for the 2023-2024 academic year (August 2023, December 2023, and May 2024) were captured using a survey created by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). Overall, 91.0% of student respondees reported securing their next steps which includes working, continuing education, volunteering, military, and not seeking. National averages from the National Association of Colleges and Employers reported a rate of 84.7% of students securing their next steps.
