Hospitality Management Minor

A minor in Hospitality Management is designed to meet the needs of students specializing in the sciences or the arts whose career opportunities may lead to positions in business or a related field. The Hospitality Management minor is designed to provide sound orientation in the basic elements of hospitality management, including project management, hotel and lodging management, event and convention planning and more.
